Clark Outsourcing, an American owned BPO company in the Philippines, recently announced the launch of a new subsidiary website OutsourcedMedical.com. The new subsidiary will provide a wide range of outsourcing services to healthcare providers in the United States as they try to keep up with the fast growing healthcare needs of the Baby Boomer Generation.
Mr. Zack Williamson, CEO and Founder of Clark Outsourcing explains his decision to enter into the healthcare industry. “Healthcare is the fastest growing sector in America due to the aging of the Baby Boomer generation. With $2 trillion in revenue in 2017 and the fact that 44 healthcare companies made it into the Fortune 500, it seemed like a no-brainer!”
The healthcare field has been changing a lot over the last few years and it makes hard for medical practices to keep up with the new industry standards. All of the recent developments in healthcare technology has resulted in more and more back office tasks that need to be completed.
“Medical technology has advanced by leaps and bounds over the past decade and we expect to see even more groundbreaking advancements in the coming years that will revolutionize the way healthcare providers engage with their patients. Things like Electronic Medical Records software, cloud computing and virtual reality are transforming the industry and we aim to keep our clients ahead of that curve by providing the back office services and support to implement these new technologies.” Said Zack Williamson.
In addition to back office support services OutsourcedMedical also employs registered nurses and medical transcriptionists to handle services that require in-depth knowledge of the medical field and its terminology.
What exactly does OutsourcedMedical do for healthcare providers? “Good question. Helping to record and manage their medical records more efficiently, medical billing, medical transcription and my favorite service, acting as a liaison between the insurance company and the pharmacy really saves a lot of time and money for our clients. Our goal is to help our customers grow their practice by taking some of the workload off of the doctors and nurses so they can see more patients.” Mr. Williamson explained.
The demands for outsourcing services in the healthcare industry are projected to increase significantly over the next decade due to a growing shortage of physicians in the U.S.
