There are 4 main phases of a BOT
Start-up
Preparation/planning phase where we complete all the necessary paperwork and create a project charter.
Build
We build the core team and introduce the system of governance.
Operate
Standard operating procedures are created, optimized, and implemented.
Transfer
Your corporation is registered during this step and all assets are transferred to you, thus completing the build operate transfer (BOT).
