Software outsourcing is the way of some IT companies in some developed countries for them to earn more money. Since 70% of software development costs are human resources cost, some companies choose to just outsource their software development businesses to countries that offer quality services at a low cost such as India, China and Philippines.
A software development project needs analysis, programming and design. Since web designing and web programming cost very expensive in other countries, and internet is basically a big factor in making a business grow, businesspersons would choose to outsource their software needs. Paying a Filipino to do the job for them will make them pay cheaper than to ask other races to do it for them. Basically, the reason why software development cost so expensive is because web designing and web programming are hard to do, and not all people can do it in one-time seating.

Web programming is the art of commanding a computer what to do through written instructions in a logical manner that a computer can understand. In web programming, the programmer writes applications or web pages that are used by a browser. It is the practice of writing applications that can be used by other people on any computer with internet access and can run on a web server. Making emails, uploading and viewing pictures and looking for directions are all possible because of web programming. It allows a person to turn simple pages into a dynamic masterpiece. Programmers embed code with normal HTML pages. An example is this.

Web designing costs expensive for it require the designer to make the website be appropriate to the business. It includes the overall structure of the business. It is creating a website that has a web usability. Having a website requires a person to deal with the right SEO strategy and SEO works well with the web design. If a person reaches your site through an anchor text, and get interested with your business, tendency is, the customer will look for the contact info. Where is it located? This is what a web designer does- considering all aspects of the business.
Web designing includes:

• authoring; including standardized code and proprietary software,
Aside from the things included above, as a businessman, you have to know if your site is too good to be true. Consider the following:
1. No annoying gimmicks. Make sure that the website of the business do not have any noise such as loud music and some pop-ups that will make customers get irritated.
2. A user friendly site. It is okay to put sponsor ad but make sure not to make them the center of the website. Customer should know where exactly to go.
3. Strong web hosting. Make sure that the website loads fast, or else, viewers will just leave it.
4. Provides clear messages. No fluff! The website should only include things about the business itself.
5. No under construction signs.
