During the course of the project, we will from time to time get some feedback from you as our clients so as to be sure we are both on the same page of the campaign.

If you meet all the requirements and apply to the job, a recruiter will get back to you as soon as possible. This could mean the same day or maybe a week. From that point forward the timeline is dependent on how fast you submit the required assessments. Once you turn them in, the recruiter will give them to the client and they will choose the finalists and schedule a final interview, this may be as quick as 1-3 days or it could take longer as it is all up to the client. Once you’ve been chosen for the job, it could take as little as 5 business days before you sign a job offer letter and receive your start date.

In the event that you are not chosen, you will be notified through the email address given on your resume/CV.

This depends on the client, some only have an office setup, some offer temporary work from home, and some are 100% work from home.

This depends on the client and the specific job. As we cater to clients around the globe, we have dayshift, mid shift, and night shift jobs available. Make sure to check out our Careers Page and look at the specific job you want and under the “Schedule:” heading it should say which shift it is. In order to get the specific times, you’d need to ask a recruiter.

The usual probationary period is 6 months. After 6 months your client can decide to make you a full time employee or to end your contract there.

There are two training sessions, the Clark Outsourcing onboarding/training is 1 day. The training you will need to do for your client will depend on your client. Some training can be as short as a week while others will take longer.

At Clark Outsourcing, our employees are all holders of a Bachelor’s Degree. The people working for us are skilled in many ways, they are computer literate and have a great command of the English language. Only qualified people can join our company, this is to ensure that we can provide only the best solutions for our customers like you.

  • Our cabinets are fire-proof and we use an offsite storage facility to store documents.
  • We use premium anti-virus software implemented at both server and client level.
  • Only our bonafide employees are allowed access into our buildings through a badge access system. We also have armed security on a 24x7x365 days basis.
  • We have surveillance cameras installed throughout our premises.
