Recovered from an earlier Clark Outsourcing article. References, figures and announcements reflect the period in which it was written. Old prices and contact details have been omitted; some illustrations use images from the current site.
The archived news brief discussed Manila and Cebu appearing among leading outsourcing destinations in a Tholons ranking. It captured an earlier stage of the Philippine outsourcing industry’s growth. Rankings change over time, so this page serves as a historical reference rather than a current comparison of outsourcing locations.
